Casa Ley was looking for a provider with the highest professional capacity, flexible and that would fit its needs. The company received proposals from various vendors, but it was interested in SYAAT's proposal.

"It was like moving with the airplane flying" said Pedro Luis Muro (CIO of Casa Ley), from the negotiations and time windows with internal users to security measures for each step to be taken steady without generating a negative impact.

SYAAT developed an implementation path where time was the key and the project jump-started in just one month and was finished in three and a half months.

One of the critical factors of success was the creation of laboratories with the new SAP ERP 6.0 version. In these sites all users helped verify the impacts this new version would have. Each expert user was accountable for each test to be done right, minimizing the margin of error when going live.
